Ingredients:
- 400g spaghetti
- Zest and juice of 2 lemons
- 1/2 cup Taralinga Estate olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- A handful of fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions:
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a bowl, whisk together lemon zest, lemon juice, and Taralinga Estate olive oil.
