Heirloom/Truss Tomato
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Fior Di Latte
Sea Salt Flakes


1. Slice your tomato and mozzarella ball evenly and set aside.
2. On a plate, alternate slices of tomato and mozzarella then season with sea salt flakes and pepper.
3. Top with sliced basil leaves (you can use whole leaves if preferred) and drizzle with a generous amount of EVOO.


Nothing beats a simple caprese salad! Tip: pick up heirloom tomatoes from your local farmers’ market and always make sure to pair it with extra virgin olive oil for that extra burst of flavour.
