Burrata Crostini | Taralinga Estate

3-4 Tbsp Taralinga Estate Robusto
1/2 Punnet Cherry Tomatoes
1/4 Cup Kalamata Olives
1/4 Cup Sicilian Olives
1 Tbsp Rosemary (diced)
1/2 Tbsp Basil (diced)
1/2 Tsp Chilli Flakes
Sea Salt Flakes

1. On a lined baking tray, drizzle ciabatta slices with EVOO and bake at 200°C fan-forced until golden brown.
2. In the meantime, finely dice the olives, rosemary and basil leaves then add them to a bowl.
3. Add chilli flakes and EVOO and stir until combined.
4. Remove toasted ciabatta from the oven.
5. In a bowl of your choice, add the burrata and halved cherry tomatoes.
6. Drizzle the olive and herb oil mix over the top and season with sea salt flakes as desired.
7. Serve with toasted ciabatta slices and enjoy!
