What you need
2 cups (packed) fresh basil leaves
1/3 cup pine nuts (can substitute walnuts if desired)
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 cup freshly grated Romano or Parmesan-Reggiano cheese
1/2 cup Taralinga Estate Picual extra virgin olive oil
What you do
Combine all ingredients - but only half of the oil - in a blender and mix. Slowly add the remaining oil as blending. Add salt & pepper to taste.
