'Good' (unsaturated) fats are an important part of a healthy diet. We love this recipe as it includes two high-fat foods that are incredibly nutritious - avocados and extra virgin olive oil. Both are packed with antioxidants.
What you need
2 ripe avocados, mashed
4 tbsp Taralinga Estate extra virgin olive oil
1/2 lemon, juiced
2 tbsp red onion, chopped (optional)
1/2 tsp sea salt
What you do
Mix together all ingredients and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
Tip: For chunky Guacamole, chop rather than mash the avocado and add a chopped tomato.
